Visinteresantākā daļa nepārprotami ir par aģentūru konkursiem (no apmēram 3:07 līdz 5:20) - kāpēc CP+B pēc ilgstoša konkursos-nepiedalīšanās perioda nolēmuši pie tiem atgriezties un kādu lomu tie spēlē CP+B kultūrā. Tas gan neliedz viņiem būs ļoti izvēlīgiem par to, kuros konkusos piedalītes un kuros ne un uz kādiem noteikumiem.

- Pitch allows you to date. It takes off pressure from early part of relationships. You also can offer a lot of things that would be hard in day-to-day work.
- It pushes to real limit when you already are working really hard. Without pitches you do not know how tough it could be.
- It strengthens the team. During the pitches you become really bond with each other.
- R&D opportunity for agency. You do a lot of thinking and can try a lot of things.
