The case that won Grand Prix in US Effies 2010. Although the idea is simple, "easy-to-spread" and with great social value I still don't get why particularly this campaign won - there were so many great ones among winners. Anybody?

Because it seemingly gives hope to a city that's been deemed hopeless by americans for decades now.
And it also touches on a public education subject, which is also a sensitive one there.
So there is a lot of local relevance for this in U.S.
